People Systems Analyst

Turium is looking for a People Systems Analyst to own our HRIS and People data infrastructure.

About the Role

As People Systems Analyst, you'll manage and improve the systems behind Turium's People function, keeping data accurate and processes efficient as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with managers and leadership on hiring, performance, and team health.
• Own key People programs end to end — from design through rollout.
• Maintain accurate, compliant People data and processes as the company scales.
• Coach managers on feedback, growth conversations, and difficult decisions.
• Bring an outside perspective on how fast-growing companies build great teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a People, HR, or Talent role, ideally at a fast-growing company.
• Comfortable balancing process and pragmatism.
• Strong judgment on sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Genuine interest in building a great place to work, not just administering one.

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling a People function through a high-growth phase.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS and People analytics tooling.
