Turium is looking for a Mission Operations Analyst to support live deployments for enterprise and government customers.

About the Role

As Mission Operations Analyst, you'll monitor, troubleshoot, and support Turium deployments in the field, working directly with customers and Engineering to keep systems running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Support deployment and configuration of Turium's platform for enterprise and government customers.
  • Monitor live deployments and respond to operational issues in the field.
  • Coordinate with customer teams during onboarding and rollout phases.
  • Document runbooks and operational procedures for recurring deployment patterns.
  • Work closely with Engineering to escalate and resolve platform issues.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in operations, deployment engineering, or technical field roles.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers under time pressure.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts across infrastructure and application layers.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site deployments.
  • Clear, calm communicator during incidents.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in defence, government, or other regulated field deployments.
  • Familiarity with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
