Turium is looking for an HR Business Partner to align People strategy with business needs across a function.

About the Role

As HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with a specific business function's leadership to align People strategy — org design, performance, and growth — with business goals.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with managers and leadership on hiring, performance, and team health.
• Own key People programs end to end — from design through rollout.
• Maintain accurate, compliant People data and processes as the company scales.
• Coach managers on feedback, growth conversations, and difficult decisions.
• Bring an outside perspective on how fast-growing companies build great teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in a People, HR, or Talent role, ideally at a fast-growing company.
• Comfortable balancing process and pragmatism.
• Strong judgment on sensitive and confidential matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Genuine interest in building a great place to work, not just administering one.

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling a People function through a high-growth phase.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS and People analytics tooling.
