Turium is looking for a Field Operations Specialist to support on-site rollouts and operational readiness for customers.

About the Role

As Field Operations Specialist, you'll work on-site and remotely with customer teams to ensure Turium deployments meet operational and mission requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Support deployment and configuration of Turium's platform for enterprise and government customers.
• Monitor live deployments and respond to operational issues in the field.
• Coordinate with customer teams during onboarding and rollout phases.
• Document runbooks and operational procedures for recurring deployment patterns.
• Work closely with Engineering to escalate and resolve platform issues.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in operations, deployment engineering, or technical field roles.
• Comfortable working directly with customers under time pressure.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts across infrastructure and application layers.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site deployments.
• Clear, calm communicator during incidents.

Nice to Have

• Experience in defence, government, or other regulated field deployments.
• Familiarity with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals.
