Turium is looking for Compliance Counsel to help Turium meet regulatory and industry requirements.
About the Role
As Compliance Counsel, you'll advise on regulatory, privacy, and industry compliance requirements across the markets Turium operates in.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with enterprise and government customers.
- Advise the business on regulatory, compliance, and data privacy matters.
- Support procurement, vendor, and partnership agreements.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to close deals without unnecessary friction.
- Help build scalable legal processes and templates as the company grows.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant legal experience, in-house or at a firm serving tech/SaaS clients.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working directly with sales and business teams.
- Pragmatic, business-minded approach to risk.
- Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
Nice to Have
- Experience with government or defence contracting.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulation (GDPR, Privacy Act, or similar).
