Your future in AI Starts Here.
The Turium AI Graduate Program is the beginning of a journey that transforms passionate minds into leaders of tomorrow. We welcome brilliant engineers from every corner of technology, empowering you to master the skills that will define the future of AI & ML. This is where you don’t just learn—you create, innovate, and leave a mark.
– Dan Saldi, CEO, Turium AI
Our internships offer a glimpse into the world of AI, but our Graduate Program goes deeper. It’s designed for those who’ve completed their engineering journey and are ready to take on real challenges. As a graduate engineer, you won’t just be learning—you’ll be leading, pushing boundaries, and working on production ready applications with our clients. You'll contribute directly to the development and deployment of our products—Turium Algoreus, Turium Enigma, Turium Zebra, or Turium Edge AI—that are deployed at some of the most important enterprises across the public and private sectors.
In every role, whether intern or graduate engineer, you gain hands-on experience that textbooks can’t teach. At Turium AI, you are part of the team, trusted with real responsibilities, and given the opportunity to grow in ways that will shape your career.
We seek individuals who are more than just skilled—they are driven, curious, and ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. We value diverse backgrounds and believe that the best teams are built from varied experiences and perspectives. Whether you’re from a traditional path or self-taught, if you have the passion, we have the platform.

What is the interview process like?
Candidates selected to interview at Turium AI will undergo a variety of technical phone screens. Depending upon which group you interview with, you may also be required to complete a quiz, project, or programming test. Our best advice is to be prepared to tell us about your greatest technical achievements and the challenges you faced. In addition, how did you specifically innovate and take your project to the next level? Be prepared to discuss in depth your individual contribution to projects. Being familiar with Turium’s products and mission and how it directly relates to your skillset is also important.
